Can you tell me more about the consultation?
You will receive a 20-minute on-line or telephone consultation with a licensed attorney for each flat rate representation.
During the consultation we will assess your case to determine the services you've requested are appropriate for your situation. Once the work is completed we will submit any documents and report on the completion of the services electronically.
Are your flat fee prices all-inclusive?
No. The flat fee prices cover our legal fees only. Court costs and agency filing fees may apply. You will be notified electronically if there are additional fees that apply to your case.
Do you offer discounts?
No. Our flat fee pricing offers the lowest prices available from our firm for each service listed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Work will commence when payment & required documents are received. Once work has commenced no refunds will be provided.

— Change Policy: Corrections will be made at zero cost to the client. Client requested changes are additional. A fee of 50% the total cost will apply.
